Today I received an email from America's Test Kitchen, and they are starting an online cooking school !! At first I thought it was a little expensive, then I thought about the cost of going to a cooking school. This fits with my schedule, and at that cost, what do I do.. give up a few Cappucinos a month? Count me in!
I have to say that I have great respect for that team, and I would love to tour the Test Kitchen and watch them in action! We get the Cookbooks and we watch the shows and pick up more than just great recipes. We also think about the techniques, and apply them to other recipes.
I expect that this will be a wonderful journey, and who knows.. maybe I will bake a cake or two...
